ASQ Offers Performance Metrics Course
The American Society for Quality will offer a Performance Metrics course at two locations and dates during the next 6 months. The course will be offered in Denver on March 23-24 and Philadelphia on May 7-8. According to ASQ, this course is designed to teach managers and executives what processes should be measured, how much data and reports an organization can and should eliminate, and how data and records can be organized to promote effective decision making.
